Refund Policy

All of our products are made-to-order (Print-On-Demand) according to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not accept returns or refunds for correctly fulfilled orders, except in the following cases:

• Printing Error: If the received product has a clear error in the logo or design that does not match your order.

• Significant Damage: If the product arrives damaged or defective during delivery.

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the product so we can assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund.

For all other reasons, including change of mind, incorrect sizing, or colors appearing differently on screen, no refunds or exchanges will be possible.
